Illustrated City CHENGDU

Today's episode is a little different. We are not travelling to meet an artist - we are taking one with us. I want to invite you to join me on a trip to Chengdu, China, for the opening of the fourth edition of ACE! Australian Comics Exhibition. ACE! is a series of shows I have been organising for some time now, with the main goal of providing exposure opportunities for Australia's incredibly talented comic artists. So far, editions of ACE! have taken place in Poland, Germany, and Thailand, making it the largest showcase of Australian comic art overseas. In this episode, I want to take you behind the scenes - giving you a glimpse of the pre-exhibition inspection and inviting you to the main event. Of course, I haven't forgotten about those of you who are here for the travel experience. I’ll also take you on a walk around Chengdu and, of course, to see the giant pandas!
